Arbour Junction is another development being constructed on Arbour Road which feeds the Arbour Town precinct. This strip development is geared towards smaller tenants and provides for commercial tenants such as outlet furniture, fashion, tile shops, motor spares and the like. The design provides for shops between 100m² and 500m². The height of the building has been designed to allow mezzanine floors should the tenants require a separate office or storage area above their main trading area.
